In 2018, we supported Lab’bel, the Artistic Laboratory of the Bel Group, in producing the 5th La Vache qui rit® Collector Box, entrusted to conceptual artist Karin Sander. For this edition, titled 1176 Holes for 1 Image, the artist reinterpreted the iconic box design through a perforated grid, transforming a familiar advertising image into a mysterious, pointillist landscape. This artistic gesture, inspired by her Reisebilder series, challenges our perception and invites us to rediscover an everyday object with fresh eyes.

Founded in 2010, Lab’bel supports contemporary creation with a free-spirited and unconventional approach. From art collections and exhibitions across France and Europe to cross-disciplinary projects blending architecture, poetry, and music, the laboratory continues to expand its creative initiatives. It also produces publications and artistic collaborations, including the famous La Vache qui rit® Collector Boxes, reimagined each year by leading artists in collaboration with the Bel Group.
